Lease Sales Manager

Responsible for contacting new prospects via direct mail programs, telemarketing, and cold calls
Develops and presents sales proposals to prospects for all product lines, i.e. full service lease, contract maintenance, sales or service, etc
Maintains a high level of "customer service" coordinating problem solutions within the franchise staff, safety meetings, and driver familiarization sessions for customers
Develops and coordinates marketing and sales programs and strategies for the leasing company
Creates target lists and aggressively pursues credit-worthy prospects
Develops an annual "Sales Plan" for inclusion in the franchise Business Plan
Submits required reports, including Weekly Sales Call Summary, to General Manager

Comfortable with cold call solicitation
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effective time management and strong analytical skills are a must
Familiar with heavy duty truck specifications including legal, performance, and application criteria
Understands administrative and service features of Full Service Lease
Must be detail oriented, organized, determined, ambitious, and a "team player"
Familiar with heavy duty truck specifications including legal, performance, and application criteria.Discreet; able to handle confidential information

5 years truck rental/leasing industry, minimum 2-3 years as a full service lease salesperson

Five years experience, preferably in a full-service environment in a management role.
College degree with solid computer skills is highly desired
