Office Manager
TITLE: Office Manager
DUTIES:
- Accounts Receivable; Road and Fuel Tax billing and Driver Trip Records; Customer invoicing and processing new customer credit applications
- Assisting the General Manager in the overall business management including billing, licensing, and general paperwork flow
- Assisting the Service Department personnel and Rental Manager in ensuring proper paperwork flow, customer service and corporate documentation procedures
- Developing and maintaining general office management, including providing assistance in phone coverage during normal business hours, assisting customers and employees, and overall customer service
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong organization skills
- The ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent PC skills
- The ability to be flexible and work with all levels of management
EDUCATION/TRAINING DESIRED:
- Computerized billing experience is preferable
- Previous A/R and collections experience preferred
- High School graduate; some college preferred
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
- Successful candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of business experience, preferably in a truck leasing environment
