TITLE: Office Manager

DUTIES:

  • Accounts Receivable; Road and Fuel Tax billing and Driver Trip Records; Customer invoicing and processing new customer credit applications
  • Assisting the General Manager in the overall business management including billing, licensing, and general paperwork flow
  • Assisting the Service Department personnel and Rental Manager in ensuring proper paperwork flow, customer service and corporate documentation procedures
  • Developing and maintaining general office management, including providing assistance in phone coverage during normal business hours, assisting customers and employees, and overall customer service

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • The ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent PC skills
  • The ability to be flexible and work with all levels of management

EDUCATION/TRAINING DESIRED:

  • Computerized billing experience is preferable
  • Previous A/R and collections experience preferred
  • High School graduate; some college preferred

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:

  • Successful candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of business experience, preferably in a truck leasing environment
