Service Manager
TITLE: Service Manager
DUTIES:
- This person will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Service Department
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance program
- General supervision of Service Department personnel
- Administrative duties to include computerized reports and processing shop paperwork
- Establish maintaining cost control guidelines to effectively manage Profit & Loss statement
- Maintain positive relationship with vendors, including resolving disputes
- Customer retention and development
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- REQUIRED: Minimum seven years shop management experience
- DESIRED: 10 years management experience
- Computer Literacy
- Effective communication skills
- Safety conscious
- Strong work ethic and goal oriented
- Ability to motivate and develop staff
