TITLE: Service Manager

DUTIES:

  • This person will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Service Department
  • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance program
  • General supervision of Service Department personnel
  • Administrative duties to include computerized reports and processing shop paperwork
  • Establish maintaining cost control guidelines to effectively manage Profit & Loss statement
  • Maintain positive relationship with vendors, including resolving disputes
  • Customer retention and development

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • REQUIRED: Minimum seven years shop management experience
  • DESIRED: 10 years management experience
  • Computer Literacy
  • Effective communication skills
  • Safety conscious
  • Strong work ethic and goal oriented
  • Ability to motivate and develop staff

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:

  • High School diploma
