TITLE: General Manager
DUTIES:
- Business plan management to include annual and long-term planning; capital budget process; reconciliation of actual vs. plan.
- Shop Management to include PM inspection tracking; expense budgeting; staffing requirements; scheduling hours of operations; overseeing warranty claims a & tire program; customer relations; conducting safety & shop meetings.
- Sales Management to include marketing, cold calls, presentations, rate preparation; truck pricing; used truck sales; client relations; goal setting.
- Financial Management to include rental utilization; P&L, credit & collections; asset management; billing; accounts systems.
- Staff management: conduct staff meetings; personnel evaluations; performance management; staffing; employee development.

EDUCATION/TRAINING DESIRED:
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
- Five years experience, preferably in a full-service environment in a management role.
