Roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our network of over 50,000 service locations, including PacLease, Peterbilt and Kenworth locations.
When you need emergency service, a PacCentral representative will:
- Remain in contact with your driver
- Communicate with your fleet
- Coordinate with your local PacLease location
- Facilitate and coordinate roadside or in-shop repairs
PacLease Substitute Vehicles
If your PacLease vehicle requires shop time for non-scheduled maintenance, substitute vehicles may be available to minimize service interruptions.
